sunglasses were not scratched or damaged when purchased!!! but were damaged, in transit,by postal carrier. we were not at fault, but we approved the return anyway and sent a return label to buyer at our cost!!! buyer did not return the item in the time period alloted by ebay. we are not aware of any time extension request. this is false feedback and we are appealing to ebay,

If you use abreva try it
I am not sure why it does not state on the tube label that it contains 10 percent Docosanol like the ad stated. They should change the label to reflect that because its important in my opinion. Anyway this is really better as a preventative then an active cold sore treatment. For that I used Abreva and Lysine but this appears to work great as a preventive treatment. I also think it tastes good and it protects the lips like Chapstick does.
