Cooks very well. Just took a minute to get used to the various options, but now it's easy. Just noticed a little discoloration in the stainless steel pot after cooking some turkey chili, but hopefully with additional washings the stains will disappear. It also took multiple washings and soakings in vinegar and vanilla flavoring to remove the smell of the chili from the sealing ring.

Well worth the money.
I've only had the opportunity to make two recipes so far. Both turned out delicious and easy to make. One was chicken and noodles made with Costco rotisserie chicken. The other was Chili with ground beef. There are so many possibilities to try and so much fun researching them. I like that the cooking pot is stainless steel. My last pressure cooker was aluminum. This new one has many more safety features that my old one did not. The controls for this cooker provides for a multitude of selections to choose from. It can be overwhelming at first. So great I bought a second one!
I absolutely love my Instant Pot and like it so much, I bought a second one. The Duo Evo Plus is an advancement on the first models. It locks automatically when the lid is placed on so I never have to remember to close the vent. There are quite a few presets but I rarely use anything but the main button "custom" and then dial in the time and whether I want high or low pressure. I do use the selection for eggs and it's so nice to just hit start and the eggs are cooked in about 20 min. total, including preheat and cool down time. Then the shells just slide off after cooling in the ice bath, never have to pick pieces of shells like I used to. Another reason I got an additional unit was to have an extra inner pot. It's large and flat bottomed so it can be used on a regular stove. Plus ... I absolutely love my Instant Pot and like it so much, I bought a second one.
