Despite the seller failing to see the crack & other defects in this pen, the matter was resolved by Ebay. The defective item has been now donated to an opportunity shop. The photos show the defects in the pen. The seller sells a lot of items on Ebay and perhaps didn't look closely enough at this item before advising me , "no worry, no damage on your concerns" . I consider the seller to be honest otherwise I would have posted a negative.

The buyer claimed the item received was defective and included photos of the item that we allegedly mailed over, which does not match with the item we sent over (that we checked before mailing). We have been selling for more than 10 years without negative feedback, and eBay closed the case with us not being held responsible for the refund.
