Description said fully functional. Arrived with center mast frozen in extended pisition (seller clearly knew it was frozen, otherwise he would have lowered it for ease of shipping). Seller did not respond to my first correspondence. After asking to return due to not fitting description, seller discounted the price. Took me over an hour to make it even semi-usable. I would never have purchased, if I had any idea of the broken part. Not worth my time to repackage & take to post office.

I have never written a bad review. But this is *by far the Worst Seller On EBAY*. Do Not Purchase From this Seller at All Costs. Absolute Con Artist. Sells Filthy Broken or Goods that are Not Described. Ordered a case for computer, did not come as described, came in a deceptive box, was covered in gunk and filth. I asked seller to try and work with me, or offer a refund/return, after a very responsive initial convo, reached out multiple times it’s been a few weeks… dead silence. Run.

    Directv H25 Receiver

    Very small unit for high def TV (good for RV or where space is critical). Like any other unit make sure that DIRECTV will activate by calling Advanced Technical Support. Even some of them will tell you No - But check again if you think the person doesn't know how to check it. It happened to me twice till I finally got someone who really knew how to do it. (advanced technical support sometimes isn't so advanced) This unit only works with SWM system. Again unit is very compact and can even be mounted on wall.

    Limited set up options

    Satellite receiver connected easy, i got DirecTV to help with programming. Problem is, receiver was from a hotel and funtions are not accessible. No option to update channel guide. Options are very limited.

    No channels

    The box will only receive a few channels. Directv has tried to program in my program but unit will not accept. The receiver tells me to call front desk. This was probably a unit belonging to a hotel
