you get more than what you pay for
I like the headset. It's lighter than it feels on your head. It's corded to the tv but the cord is so long you don't really notice. It's a little bit hard to set it up so you can hear voice over the game noise, but once you tweak it enough it works well. Overall I like it but I probably wont buy another one because I want wireless.

you can't go wrong for $10
Haven't received headset yet. But no matter what, it'll be worth the $10 I spent. I mean, the standard generic headsets that come with the Xbox 360 when you buy it from the store cost $15 at GameStop, and that's used! So, it doesn't matter where the "quality" sits at on the scale, no matter how you look at it, it will still be way way better than the one that came with my 360.

Good product for the money.
Its a good headset for the money, my only complaint is even at full blast its not very loud, loud enough to play and enjoy but id like it a bit louder. You also dont get a seperate volume for the game volume and chat volume so its kinda hard to hear in game chat. Good first headset tho!

Poor quality even for "entry level".
While hearing nothing but how great Turtle Beach head sets are I opted to purchase this "entry level" set for my son. I didn't expect Earth shattering glory especially since this item I purchased on eBay was a manufacturer refurb. That being said the microphone part of this headset quit working within two days of use. Yes it was a refurb but you would think that a factory refurb would last more than two days.While hearing nothing but how great Turtle Beach head sets are I opted to purchase this "entry level" set for my son.
