Terrible experience, I do not recommend! The seller was rude, unprofessional and lacked major customer service! I inquired about shipment, the seller blamed the buyer for shipment, the refunded because the seller didn’t want to deal with the issue. Doesn’t value customers or customer service!

Told this buyer payment was pending, recieved long winded emails. No, noone should deal with a buyer that believes they can accuse you of lying and write paragraph long emails. I notified buyer payment cleared and I was shipping out. Don't know what this person was upset about, but decided to refund due to emotional outburst. I'm not a store, just selling my items.

The seller once again is being dishonest and contradicted the seller’s own statements. First claims it was “ pending” then “cleared” it can’t be both. Then once again acts unprofessional stating “ long winded emails” which defines seller’s poor customer service and value of customers. It’s quite clear seller lacks major customer service, communication is part of professionalism and the seller clearly lacks it with these statements and how the transaction was handled. Seller was also reported.
