I received the Item later than expected, the seller informed me via message that there was a defect of some sort on the frames they had so they shipped me a box of anti-fog solution by itself and had the manufacturer ship the frames directly to me a few days later. The shipment of anti-fog solution seemed like a decoy so the eBay system would think the product shipped when it hadn't. Aside from the above, the product arrived as described.
