This package from Activision includes the both the PC version of Call of Duty and its expansion pack, Call of Duty: United Offensive. <br><br>Call of Duty is a first-person shooter set amidst the chaos and turmoil of World War II. Players begin the game as an infantryman armed with a pistol and grenades, with additional weapons in the form of rifles, machine guns, and bazookas earned during their tour of duty. A total of 24 missions are available, spread across three separate campaigns. Players will experience the war through American, British, and Russian points of view, allowing them to step into the roles of three soldiers on the front lines who must endure three different operations.<br><br>Developed by Return to Castle Wolfenstein creator Gray Matter Interactive, United Offensive adds a number of drivable vehicles to Call of Duty, and introduces new styles play to the original game's multiple single-player stories. Like the main game, the add-on features three separate single-player campaigns, to provide distinct World-War II era adventures from the perspectives of an American, British, and Russian solder.

    Great for Win 7 not so much for 10

    product really designed for Win 7 or earlier OS systems. Playback on Win 10 can be a little clunky. Make sure you get latter dated games. This one is I believe 2005.

    Call of Duty

    Let me start by saying I am not a gamer. I've never had any interest in games and up to about 2 months ago I rarely if ever even tried a game. Well like I said, that was until about 2 months ago. I was visiting a good friend and while there he said he wanted to show me something. He started playing Call of Duty, he let me play, and I was hooked. The moment I got home I jumped on Ebay, I did a search for the game and purchased the Deluxe Edition for 7 dollars! I am having a ball with this game. It was easy to load, it gave me no trouble at all and I was up an fighting the "bad guys" after about 10 minutes. I'm sure that some of the more "elite" gamers out there might look up this as less then challenging, but from my perspective it's tough! I"ve been playing now for about five weeks ...

    Two great games in one box - Really good FPS

    This first version of the call of duty saga was a little rough around the edges, graphics kinda blocky. But the story line and the action were a blast. I even got it run on Vista 64 bit OS, on my sony Vaio RW370 laptop, with the patches of course. This game set the barometer for several other war based FPS. And is just a lot of fun. Its always fun to blast them Nazi's. You get two versions with this deluxe edition. the original and united offensive. Both are great - oh and if you get hung up or killed too many times - go to gamestop.com or IGN to get some cheats and walk thrus to help.
