Cool sounds for this British Rock act
I loved Reef - a British Rock act that appeared in the mid / late 90s and have now seemingly disappeared leaving behind a short catalog and a best of album! Glow released in 1997 has some great and noteworthy tracks - several of which became hits, and one of which even became the title track of an off beat British series! This has a rock edge with a teeny hit of pop and a bigger helping of funk thrown in for good measure!! It contains 12 tracks, led by the hit - Place your Hands with some great guitar rifts and lead singer - Gary Stringers strong and funky voice! I would have left you is a tad slower than the opening track but has as much funk ...which is also the case in the soulful lately Stomping!! Consideration is by contrast a much slower track....but my absolute favorite of the ... If you have never checked out Reef and are looking for a new band to enjoy...then try this incredible blend of Rock, soul and funk....not to be missed unlike Reef who truely are!
