Item was shipped in a timely manner, at a reasonable speed and mostly as described. But packing could have been improved by not attempting to put them in too small bags. Several trees came severely bent and damaged due to this, and not as shown in the pictures. Now I can spend my time, labor, and resources beyond the cost of the item to fix them. No good.
