    Contacted seller and requested to purchase the pipes separately from the evaporator, seller refused. Purchased the entire assembly just for the pipes, only to receive a bloated shrink wrapped package with all pipes BENT AND KINKED TO FIT THE BOX it was poorly shipped in (paid 29.90 to ship) Was NOT as described and NOT as pictured. Contacted and gave seller opportunity to make it right otherwise negative feedback will be left. Neither an apology nor a remedy were issued. Waste of precious time.

    Your statement is incorrect. We shipped the order securely packed in bubble wrap and a box. You specifically requested only the pipe, and while the item was delivered, the pipe was the only part damaged! We accepted the return and issued a full refund. Additionally, you did not pay for shipping, and the full refund has been processed.
