The flamingo was expertly packaged and arrived in great shape. Thank you for the partial refund and I plan to completely restore this vintage bird. This is plaster over a partial wire armature to strengthen the neck and legs. Probably from the late 30"s or early40"s. I have two others that I have carefully restored. Thanks agin for a very smooth transaction. Bill {the color is from the varnish they sprayed the bird with that has terribly yellowed with time. It was painted .}
