be the judge, I won an item for my grandson, and was later notified by seller I had been credited my payment back, because shipping was higher than seller thought it would be. I immediately let seller know I was ok with the higher shipping cost, a few messages went back and forth (me trying to get my auction item) then silence. I notified E-bay and because i was credited they can do nothing. Doesn't seem right that I won the bid and agreed to higher shipping cost and now cant get the item!
