    Today's Gourmet

    Not Jacques' best book - but a nice way to cook healthy and flavorful. I use it as my go-to source for vegetarian dishes. Much more tasty and interesting/complex dishes than the average vegetarian recipe. This book also has a great section in the back with calories/nutritional content for all the recepies.

    poor..very poor inside quality

    Not a very good cook book...poor recipies in it..don't waste your money with this book. None of the recipies are of any favorates and none of them seem worth trying out.
