Hello, buyer reached out to us AFTER leaving feedback and once we spoke and looked into it, we offered the buyer a free return shipping label and a full refund. This was a simple mistake as this manufacturer makes a wired model and a wireless model. Customer wanted a wired model and we shipped the more expensive wireless model by mistake. Sincerely, SS

    Starting well!

    Arrived a little ahead of time, but that is more on eBay. The product is great, on about a week of off and on usage, up to two or three hours a day, on its first charge. Still haven't fully tested the microphone, but the one time I used it, it seemed good.

    Seems pretty good

    Recently bought these to replace my Astro A40's that were just falling apart. Price was good and could have used the wireless so I picked these cans up. Came the next day. Worked like a charm. Audio sounds kinda tinny, there's no 3.5 jack if you ran the battery out and wanted to use it with a wire. However they are nice and light on the head and fit pretty nice. I would recommend getting one, maybe the wired ones if you are on a budget, but the wireless ones are great too.

    Great product
