The LCD was fine. Packaging great. However, it was the wrong item (the unit listed was supposed to have USB-C with power delivery - I sent in pictures). They issued a partial refund (much appreciated). I encourage buyers and sellers to expect mistakes, we all make them. The key is to find remedies quickly and easily for all. If there is no indication seller negligence, buying more product at reduced prices can also be a quick remedy.

They denied sending the wrong monitor (ok we all make mistakes). But then simply re-iterated "ask for a return" or a "replace" (which is the same thing, but now puts the risk on the buyer for repackaging - remember, they denied their fault). I appoligized, that I could not spend more time on this issue.

    Baby, where have you been all my life.

    Much simpler and easier to use than the 6400. Pros : Built for video creators The things that this camera can do compared to its big brother the A6400 are other worldly. Too many to list. It's as if sony took the 6400 and said these are ALL the problems That I had specifically with the camera and fixed them. And boom here they are and let's also make it 200 dollars less. No brainer, if you are a video guy get this camera Cons: It's not for photography if that is your jam. There is no viewfinder. There are no fancy photog buttons that I have no idea how to use. There is only photo or video, lol. It's not as sturdy built as the A6400 or weatherproof. Like I said it's built for the indoor video dude shooting stories inside.     This camera is so great! Even though Sony my have more professional cameras than this, it still does not shadow the power that this camera packs. It’s great for content creators that like to do reviews and vlogs. But don’t worry about the cinematography and photography, you can have that too! With it having interchangeable e-mount lens options the options are limitless. You can catch a person from many feet away with a telephoto zoom lenses or catch something in macro with a macro lens. If you are a beginner and want an easy camera for a good price and packs a great punch, then I urge you to look into buying one!

    I'm glad I bought it.

    Personally it gets a 3 star because I've never bought a camera "body," but that is my fault for not understanding it. So it will get a 5 because it works perfectly after purchasing the lens. I would recommend anyone looking to do content with this camera. It's streaming capabilities are insane.

    Ok on tripod but not for moving around

    Ok on a fixed tripod or still shots, but bad stabilization and rolling shutter when moving. I returned the one I bought. Catalyst Browse software helps a bit, but not enough for my needs.
