  • Sampling the Secret Supper

Initally, The Secret Supper caught my attention as an audio book; borrowed from the public library for a long road trip. The story line and characters are so complex that "hearing" the book was simply not enough to satisfy my curiosity. Rather than searching an online bookseller for a copy, I took a chance that THE SECRET SUPPER might be available on eBay...bingo! If you relish historical ficton (especially pertaining to art and church history) this book will not disappoint. A mystery, some challenging ideas and fascinating individuals all combine to keep the reader engaged. A good summer read!
