This item was listed as open box (used) and had a "fixed base" with minor scratches. The item I received had a missing diverter with a damaged port where the diverter is suppose to be. If the missing diverter and damaged port would have been mentioned more CLEARLY, instead of vaguely described as a "fixed base", I would not have purchased this item. BE CAREFUL OF SELLER AS THEIR DESCRIPTIONS MAY BE DECEIVING.
