There is an exhibit of Niki’s work at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City. I hadn’t heard of her before, but was inspired by her work and her story, and have led many tour groups through the exhibit. There is an original of this study in the exhibit, and I am thrilled to have this print as a memory. Look her up—amazing life and work.
