Sometimes keeping a connection can be an issue, or losing connection while heavy data transfers are happening. It's a bummer. It's not the sellers fault.

Still giving positive feedback because that could've been due to business hours. I asked on a Saturday morning and didn't hear back until Monday at the end of the business day.
