Sadly, as is bound to happen by times, the item stopped working after barely using. However, the seller responded quickly and offered us a free return.     This socket set was shipped promptly and the seller maintained good communication with the buyer! Thanks to FedEx, it went from LA to TN to VA to MD to WV to NC!!!!! This process took 11 days but thankfully the seller wrapped it in more than sufficient bubble wrap!!!!!! On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give this seller a TEN!!!!!!
