Contacted seller via eBay message but instead received a phone call saying that couldn’t have possibly happened on their end and to contact Aus post however outer packaging from Aus post was fine strong smell only occurred when I opened sellers packaging. Very disappointing as unusable cake boxes for important event. Seller apologised via phone call but no solution and no accountability.
