    Seller made an error in their listing that was incorrect for the application. When I contacted them and explained the situation, they offered little and became accusatory as if it were our mistake not theirs. I found them to be arrogant and somewhat condescending, flaunting their 20 years of experience as making them infallible. They are severely lacking in customer service skills! There is more to a resolution than simply saying send it back Every resolution I proposed they rejected!

    Easy to Install / Fixed Remote Issues

    The IR Sensor fixed the remote issues we were having with our Vizio TV. Took the screws off the back of the TV, lifted the bottom of the back slightly to access the old IR sensor. Popped it out, disconnected the wire then installed the new one. Only hard part was getting the TV off/on the wall mount.

    Board worked

    The product was shipped in a sealed, anti-static bag, I swapped out the board in the tv and it works. very happy with the result as i was not entirely sure that this would do the trick.. Thank you for having the board available and free shipping. The board replacement saved having to shop for a different tv.

    TV now works like it should!!

    Grandson installed it for me yesterday. Now I can use the remote to turn tv on and off and control the volume and go into the tv menu to make any picture adjustments.
