Actual shipping was pretty quick (about a week) and the packaging was excellent - double wrapped. The rug is lovely a bit less golden than the photos showed (more golden brown ground with chocolate brown motifs (not black), which is fine by me. Seller is great, professional and friendly . I was actually thinking about buying more rugs from this vendor, but communication became very complicated. One issue was that the ones that were advertised were not actually ready on the date that they were advertised to be.
