Took off 1 star for damage on the corner of the cover.

Surprisingly functional machine, for i3, 9 core, it will run Windows 11 Pro, which is why I purchased it. Luckily, my wife, who is the primary user, does not need anything but basic applications of MS Word, Outlook, Google, Facebook, Instagram and photographic storage. This unit has all that she desires. Kudos.

I will buy from this seller again.

So I sought out the seller to attempt and exchange or a refund. The seller responded quickly and did everything they could to: (1) troubleshoot functionality of the product, (2) accept exchange of the product when troubleshooting was still unsatisfactory.

I originally purchased an Optiplex 3020 MT, however the listing randomly changed to an SSF without prior notice. I asked the seller if I would still receive the MT I purchased and if not give me a refund. The seller was fast in communicaton and provided a refund. I then purchased this listing and was able to at least get an MT 790. You don't really know what you're buying. Shipping was fast and had good packaging.
