Not only did he take 2 weeks to ship and I had to follow up for him to ship it, but when shipped item was actually damaged, pump base was bent and rubber spacer was missing. Unfortunate that my contractor did not install it until a month later and when he took it out of the box (where from top it looked like new) he saw that the base was bent and the pump underneath all scratched.
