    Miss Potter

    Love Renee Zellweger and she was great in this movie as was all the cast. My son grew up on Peter Rabbit and all the other characters. I have the complete set of her books and the artwork alone is wonderful. Film shows the beautiful homes and countryside in England and it's just a heartwarming film.

    The title fits

    This movie is well done! It's great to see the life of Beatrix Potter portrayed in such an engaging way. Her story is very inspiring to me. She overcomes setbacks and sorrows in her life, writes and illustrates books that have become all time favorites for kids and kids at heart the world over, and preserves acres of beautiful pristine land in the Lake District in a land preservation trust for all to enjoy and appreciate. This movie is a delight to be watched again and again!

    Firstly, I have loved the Beatrix Potter Books since Childhood...I had rented this Movie several years ago....and then purchased it...when I moved recently, the majority of my DVD's were lost...so I have been replacing my DVD's as I think about them, from my ebay...This is such an Enchanting film; I can watch it with my Grandchildren...and I; of course, have given them their Beatrix Potter Books. It is a Lovely "Old Fashioned" Love Story,plus a joyous Romp with our Great Friends Peter Rabbit, Mopsy, Flopsy and Cotton Tail, and do not let us forget Jemimah, Mr. McGregor and all the Rest...May Beatrix Potter and her Publisher Mr. Warren live in the Hearts of Us All Forever.     Well acted, good story

    Love this movie. The characters were believable and most were likeable. I found it easy to sympathize with Beatrix and absolutely loved the ending. I never knew the story of Beatrix Potter, so don't know how closely the movie follows her actual life, but this is one of those rare movies I'll watch again and again.
