You can reverse your sedentary lifestyle in the privacy of your own home as you trim your body with games designed for health benefits.The program gives health tips, like the fact that you will burn more fat with 20-minute high-intensity long walks on three non-consecutive days. For daily exercise, it will alternate these workouts with moderate walking for 30-minute sessions. Adjust your Wii video games settings so you will walk faster and farther as you gain strength and endurance with each step.If you only have a small window of time, you can program a 10-minute stroll. Add stress-busting music, and listen to the program as it uses the Wii controller to suggest that you stand straight and concentrate on taking cleansing breaths. Keep your mind alert by changing directions and songs and diversify your scenery selections. Use a resistant band or weights to shape your arms and burn calories.
