    Hello, customer purchased a Fahren H11/H9/H8 LED headlights. Brand new in sealed box. We did NOT send the customer the wrong item, the customer assumed this part would fit their vehicle and ordered without reading the return policy. Return policy is very clearly listed that returns are not accepted when buyer purchases the wrong part and the part is delivered as shown and described in the listing. This policy is directly from Ebay and approved by their recommended selling guidelines.
