    The seller's response to inquiries is relatively fast,and the delivery speed is very quick. But the DHL transportation time is too long.I only received the bicycle on January 5th. And the packaging carton without packaging straps is not suitable for international long-distance transportation and handling.

    Thank you for your positive feedback :-) Please note that the parcel was sent from Germany to China during the European Christmas period. In China, EMS then takes over the delivery, which is why we believe that a 3-week delivery is within reason due to the conditions. Of course, the box is not exactly handy, but we have to make sure that when a racing bike is shipped worldwide, it arrives without damage. This is the reason for the size of the box.
