Took double the time to dispatch and be delivered than estimated. I missed the service time and had to use a non genuine. Disappointed, item itself is as described, however packed poorly of just the filter box in a grey bag. Not ideal for an easily damaged critical engine component. RM did however take 3 days to deliver rather than 2 however the eta displayed by eBay to you was still within this range. Main dealer is £18.14 without delivery, eBay & delivery fees cost us £5.61, was not just a grey bag, was completely wrapped in many layers of bubble wrap, more than 300 filters shipped same and never a damage claim.
