This collection includes the entire nine seasons of the popular, award-winning television series. Creator Chris Carter introduced the show in 1993 and with it an entirely new blend of horror, science fiction, and drama, laced with more than a little humour. Conspiracy theory, aliens, and supernatural activity were the specialties of Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) and Fox Mulder (David Duchovny), FBI agents working on the top-secret X-Files. Mulder is a true believer in the paranormal, having had an encounter of his own in the past, while Scully is as pragmatic as they come. Follow their progress, as they raise more questions than they answer, in the show that revolutionised television and became the most popular sci-fi show in history.
