However this seller either clean the item or kept the item in almost brand new condition. I've only had it a couple of days but it seems to be running great and produces quite a bit of ice for such a small compact machine. Shipping was a bit expensive but I expect that for such a large item. Does not impact the use of the item but the box es came squished since it was shipped in a bag. For spending almost $150 I would have expected at least a box. All bags are there so that’s what matters in the end for my family member who needs them. I would have just liked a little more care in the packaging.
