    Not Like New

    Received the ratchet and saw instantly it was not “like new” quality. The ratchet mechanism did not function correctly and needed to be replaced before using. Fortunately I work in a environment where the local Snap On truck comes by weekly. I got the mechanism replaced and worked correctly.
