This seller packs items EXTREMELY WELL! Maybe excessive? On both purchases it took a good sharp knife and scissors to actually get to my item. The module arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described and pictured by the seller. Overall very pleased with both my purchases.

That said, this was a genuine Tektronix part, in excellent condition and exactly as described. I would say Fair value; these modules are obsolete, but also hard to find. My third time shopping with this seller and (delivery apart) would highly recommend.
