There was some odd communication though where they told me they ‘thought’ the shampoo bottle was still sealed, then after I purchased it they told me it wasn’t actually sealed. That made me worry about leakage in the meantime, especially for a $50 bottle. When it arrived, it turned out it was sealed (?). Perhaps they didn’t know what I meant by sealed, I’m not sure what else it would’ve meant though. Maybe they found me one that was sealed due to my concerns?
