The serial number was scratched off partially, and the compressor had a ton of scratching and scuffs all over. Tried to contact the seller to get a partial discount. They refused, asked to return the item for a full refund and they did not allow me to, even though their listing said returns accepted.

This item also was missing some of the items to make it complete - I feel the company should provide anything missing since or at the very least state what is missing so you can make a truly informed decision. They are definitely brand new just a little dinged up from shipping (very poor packaging job).
