When I messaged trying to find solutions and expressed my concerns, seller was rude to me and said I was “just trying to be difficult.” Instead of taking accountability seller just blamed USPS. I did receive a partial refund on item of $45 which will go towards reholdering the card. So now I must wait 45 days and pray it has no damage on it. You received exactly what you requested. Hope the reholdering goes well.
