    Works well, Well worth the price. I have used this product since the early 90s. This was my 3rd one and the control on the unit is so much improved. I have purchased one as gift for 3 other family members in the last five years and they also are very happy with them. There are days that without this unit, I would be in bed and unable to do household chores. To me, it is a Godsend. I use for pain due to fibromyalgia and arthritis. Between this Biofreeze Gel and Salonpas patches, I do not have to use as much Rx medication.

    If you like it HOT buy this one.

    Battle Creek heating pad will heat you. Especially on High. Best heating pad ever. Why? It's moist heat, it's well made and I owned them for years. I bought a second home so needed one for the new house. Years ago, I actually gave them as Christmas presents and everyone would say oh thanks... and I know they were thinking oh big deal... then the next week or two they would call and go on and on about the large size and how hot it gets. How it was there best gift. Anyway buy one and you will definitely understand. Best Heating Pad Ever!!!

    Absolutely the best heating pad available!

    This heating pad is the best on the market. I've been using them for years and they provide so much more relief than any heating pad on the market. I always purchase the largest size, as I most often need it for my back. The "new" heat control that provides three different levels - in the past, it was one level fits all. This heating pad enables me to keep functioning - I can't recommend it highly enough!

    Thermophore MaxHeat Heating Pad

    We have been using this heating pad for years. They now have come out with a timer and 3 different heat settings. The first one we bought was a switch you had to hold and only had one heat setting. I would highly recommend this product. The size is perfect to fit your whole back. If you are looking for a new heating pad, I recommend this one.

    The size is great.

    Did not compare it to similar products, therefore I cannot comment on the value. As for the quality, I had two previous Battle Creek p[ads that caught on fire, I believe they have improved the product only time will tell.
