        Dear ric9597073, I am sorry to hear one of the pieces was broken. As you may be aware, when the "reddish brown" color was new, the plastic was often brittle and shattered with almost no effort. Like other Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit sets I have sold, I had to replace a few of the reddish brown pieces, both during the build and again when disassembling. I apologize that one got through.         It's a solid set except for the brittle brown. Luckily it looks like all of the reddish brown and dark red pieces are available through LEGO so they should be free to replace.

        Just what we were looking for

        This set has some really great features. Fire falls down upon opening the door, you can knock a ladder off the side of the building and it looks just like Lake Town.
