      Grains worked a treat from the start. It's taken me a bit of practice to adjust quantities to counter the warmer weather but I'm getting there and the instructions are good enough. The kefir is lovely. I tried dehydrated grains from a competitor and had no luck but this is great. Thanks1

      A good diverse grain

      I gave it 5 stars for 2 reasons 1. When it arrived in a jiffy bag which had been squashed to the thickness of a paper towel, there were a few grains of Kefir and the liquid had long gone. I scraped up a few grains and put them into a glass jar with fresh coconut milk and a little dairy cream, in a few days it separated and now continues grow each time. Very strong grains, well done. 2. I've now separated the grains into 3 x 200 ml glass jars and use the grains with dairy milk, coconut milk & goats milk all work great a very diverse grain.
