Idk how she managed to do it but she broke a chunk off the JBOD. Not to fret though as this seller responded within a couple hours even though they were away for the week and offered to replace it. I got the JBOD with drives so the seller offered to replace any broken ones. I told them I didn’t care about the drives but they still sent 4 replacements!
