    The third expansion for Bungie's popular shared-world FPS, The Taken King introduces a new enemy class and a new story campaign. The action centers on Oryx, who leads the new Taken race on a quest to destroy the Guardians and avenge the death of his son Crota. Players must make their way onto Oryx's massive Hive Dreadnaught ship, use new abilities, weapons, and gear to defeat his corrupted army, and eventually bring down the Taken King. This Legendary Edition includes the full original game, The Taken King expansion, and all other previously released DLC.<br><br>The action once again finds gamers serving as a Guardian, exploring long-lost civilizations on Earth and its closest neighbors. Players can create and customize their Guardian, choosing from the cyborg Exo, ethereal Awoken, and Human species, and then selecting from the Hunter, Warlock, and Titan classes. The Taken King introduces three new subclasses, with Warlocks harnessing electricity, Hunters using a bow made of gravitational void energy, and Titans wielding a flaming hammer. This expansion increases the level cap to 40, includes new Crucible PvP maps, new co-op Strike missions, and a new six-player Raid, and the friendly robot companion Ghost returns, though with the voice of Nolan North instead of Peter Dinklage.

      A Good Addition to Destiny Game Play

      I ordered two of these brand new. A good thing because if you aren't aware of it, be advised. You need the CODES provided with the game in order to access The Taken King maps and game play. Used games don't come with the codes because they have already been used by the previous owner. And if you buy a used game you will have to buy the codes separately from Xbox in order to play the Taken King portions of the game. Otherwise, the only game you will be able to play will be the original Destiny game. And that can be a big let down if you already own it. Otherwise, the game is fine. I found it stimulating with new places to go and new characters to interact with. In addition, you get new weapons and new armor. I started out with my Titan and he got a new fire hammer that is a really awesome ...

      Phased Out

      I bought this after hearing so much about the game from others who love it. Problem is one month later they have decided not to allow anyone who uses Xbox360 to continue so any forward progress means nothing and if your character is not transferred over to Xbox one by mid September they will be lost as well. Not a fan at all right now. The graphics are beautiful but buying it and finding out its going to be worthless is sad

      Charactor detailing options limited & multi player is badly lopsided

      The game is a lot of fun, I Just wish I had more creating/detailing options when making my character like I do on some other games. Multi player head to head is lopsided with lower level payers having very under powered weapons & armor (maybe 90 damage) compared to peak level players (300+ damage). Everyones main weapons & armor should be within 30-40 damage for this game play not a disparaging 200+ damage differance of each others. other then that is game is just plain fun.

      Destiny is a masterpiece

      After playing halo nothing seemed to match up, then I found the original destiny in goodwill, I played it and fell in love, I wanted the expansions so I bought the taken king on here new (I suggest everyone do that because the codes that come with it are only able to be used once ). The game is amazing and sucks you in,, I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoyed halo
