I had an adjustment problem with the belt in reverse mode (in forward mode it worked). The seller is supporting me so that I can make the necessary adjustments to the projector so that it works. The product arrived ahead of schedule. The seller is helpful, polite and has technical knowledge.

Item was lost in post office, for 5 days. When showed the tracking #, with delivery date and time of day, the clerk went to look for it. The item was found( not in the P.O. Box) and given to me, by the clerk. Thanks, for using tracking #s. I never contacted the seller, as it was a USPS problem.
