    Does what it says it does.

    Does what it says it does, converts a USB3 port/header into USB2 pinout for older boards. Works for a retro Pentium 4 system within a modern case just fine, so it should be pretty compatible. Quality wise inside, this is your typical cheap cable with bad soldering. It does the job unless one of the wires happens to break. Then you're in for a fun time trying to fix it while cursing the USB consortium for their rubbish USB3 connector standard. At least it's cheap.

    Bought to convert 2x USB 3.0 ports to USB 2.0, Only one of two ports work after connecting the adapter.

    I have 2x USB 2.0 and 2x USB 3.0 ports on the front of my case. The 2x 2.0 ports plug into the USB header on my motherboard but my motherboard does not have a USB 3.0 header so i bought this adapter to convert the USB 3.0 ports to USB 2.0. After using the adapter only one of the two ports work. I would rather have saved the money if i knew only one port would work.

    Adapter Works As Intended

    Works as intended and was able to convert the two front panel USB 3.0 20 pin header to work using one of the 9 pin headers on my motherboard. Both ports now fully function as USB 2.0 ports and everything has been working fine so far.

    Does what it's supposed to

    Does what it says. Needed it for my HTPC case which had USB3.0 ports on the front, but the older board I was using has USB2.0 headers on the board. This worked great, and not overly long so no extra cable mess. Plugs fit snug on both ends.
