    Great replacement for 55 Chevy.

    This is a very good replacement for the hollow floats (plastic or brass). It matched perfectly for my 55 Chevy original style and snapped into my fuel sending unit perfectly. Works great. Will never have to replace again.

    Fit my 1997 Ford Ranger

    Took a chance and this snapped right into the sending unit on my 1997 Ford Ranger 2.3l even though it is not listed for anything after 89 and could not find any part anywhere listed for after 89, not even from the dealer. Saved me from buying an entire fuel pump assembly.

    Exactly as expected

    Exactly as described. I was using it for a 55 t-bird and had to modify the arm of the sending unit slightly as was expected since the new one was smaller than the old one, but I knew that and it was not the 'right one' for my application. Great value.

    Fuel tank float for gauge sending unit

    These sending unit floats work well with most clip on wire loop float arms. I have used them in several tractor fuel tanks... like a Massey Ferguson 245.
