Do you measure,or just take for granted that they are what they say. Your information letter says you can't return if you remove labels. This buyer contacted us 2 weeks after delivery of the jeans demanding we accept and pay for a return after he had removed the tags and seals. Without these we have no way of knowing if they have been wearing them before changing their mind. We can confirm the jeans were exactly as described. We have 000's of happy customers on this listing alone

This didn’t affect the quality of the jeans and after all postage was free! Very good value for money.
