From time to time, mistakes happen. When the seller owns up to the error and rectifies it, that s an indication of a seller who wants to please the customer. There was a problem with my order. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a detailed feedback. We stand behind every single one of our products! So sorry that the three follow up pieces were scratched. All of our acrylic comes with masking so I can only imagine that the pieces were jostled during transit & this caused small scratches on the backing. We would have loved being able to have the opportunity to fix the issue prior to receiving a neutral feedback, But of course we will get three new disks on their way!
