This was a perfect match. Unplugged old connection, removed two small bolts and the old regulator, secured replacement with the two bolts, plugged the connection, and done. Unfortunately it didn't cure the issue I have with the CHG indicator but given the old regulator was likely the original (40 years old), It was time to replace it.

Part does not match the photo. I ordered it because the fan and pulley were gold, the unit I received is silver. Now I gotta buy another one from someone else.
