the part I received looked like it was drug behind a car for a mile . It looked used . I contacted seller but she claimed all of there parts look that way from there supplier.

You're complaining about a scratched label. Nothing was broke that I know of. I said they are cheap labels and the factory isn't as careful with product as we are so they're often scratched. Then I offered you a full refund and told you we would pay return shipping if you would go through the Ebay returns (so it's documented). Yet you would rather argue with me and leave a nasty feedback. It's puzzling but I'm guessing the part is working and your shop is toasty warm, so no hurry to return.
